In this agreement the following definitions apply:
- The web site DevRoadmapsClarionMag.com, along with any of its aliases, is hereafter referred to as DEVROADMAPSClarionMag
- CoveComm Inc, publisher of DEVROADMAPS ClarionMag is hereafter referred to as THE PUBLISHER.

6. Violation of Agreement
If you are found to have violated this agreement your access to the site may be restricted or your subscription and/or free access may be terminated and WITHOUT refund. If your subscription is terminated because of a violation of this agreement you agree to dispose of all copies of the information you have obtained from DEVROADMAPSClarionMag.
This agreement will be governed by the laws of Manitoba, Canada.
