With apologies to John Hickey and his excellent line of "Ultimate" Clarion utilities, I've begun working on a page describing what I believe is the ultimate (or more accurately penultimate, since we never really get there) way to do Clarion development in the 21st century. Let me know what you think. Much has changed in the software development world since Clarion first hit the shelves (for one thing, there used to actually be shelves), and much of what we've all learned about Clarion development is not only out of date but actually obstructs effective, productive development.
