Product comparisons are a bit like survey questions - much is determined by how you ask. But the idea here is to stick as much as possible to the facts. Try to avoid value judgements, such as some feature being better or worse in one product than in another.

When creating the comparisons, try to state the features in such a way that the answer is yes or no. Any notes should go at the bottom of the page, after the table. Use emoticons for yes, no, and information indicators. For instance:
