Product Comparisons
Product comparisons are a bit like survey questions - much is determined by how you ask. But the idea here is to stick as much as possible to the facts. Try to avoid value judgements, such as some feature being better or worse in one product than in another.
When creating the comparisons, try to state the features in such a way that the answer is yes or no. Any notes should go at the bottom of the page, after the table.
Use emoticons for yes, no, and information indicators.
Numeric and short answers to features are fine, but avoid anything over a word or two if possible to avoid making the product columns too wide.
Example:

Maximum number of widgets | 500 | Unlimited |
Notes
- Usually works, but occasionally (and randomly) fails when sending the tweet.
You'll probably find it much faster to copy and paste emoticons than to insert them via the menu.
